Service Details/SERVICE DETAILS
Dear customers, thank you for purchasing our products! In order to protect your rights and interests, please read the following carefully:
1. The company promises: the products are guaranteed free of charge for five years (three years for some parts) from the date of purchase by the company, authorized distributors or distributors. During the warranty period, if the products cannot be used due to manufacturing, material and other defects, we will repair or replace the corresponding equipment free of charge.
2. The warranty content is limited to the product host, packaging and external power supply, power cord and other accessories do not belong to the warranty content, external power supply warranty for one year.
3. In case of any of the following circumstances, it is not within the scope of this warranty, and a certain part fee and maintenance fee shall be charged during the maintenance.
· Due to improper use, damage caused by other machines, or dismantling or refitting without our company's consent.
· After the purchase due to improper handling, falling, water and other reasons caused by the fault.
· Fault and damage caused by fire, earthquake, lightning and other irresistible natural disasters, abnormal voltage and other external reasons.

7. Our company will train the buyer's operators free of charge to understand the working principle, operation procedures, maintenance and maintenance methods of the equipment;
8. Our company has established customer files to track service and quality regularly;
9. The company will send feedback staff to the customer unit for advice regularly, check the operation of the equipment, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
